Research on control strategy of heat exchange stations based on building side heating effect

To meet users’ thermal comfort needs, reduce energy waste, and achieve on-demand heating, aiming at the problem that the existing control methods of heat exchange stations cannot effectively adjust according to the indoor heating effect, this paper proposes an optimized control method—optimized control of heat exchange stations based on room temperature feedback control. The TRNSYS software is used to establish a dynamic simulation control model, and combined with the actual heating effect of end-users, the parameters such as temperature and flow rate are monitored and fed back in real-time,and the effectiveness of the model is verified. By comparing the optimized control method with the traditional control method of heat exchange stations, the results show that the maximum error between the simulated temperature and the measured temperature is 1.57 ℃, indicating that the model is reasonable. When the optimized control method is adopted, the average room temperature is 21 ℃ and the average fluctuation amplitude is 9%. When the traditional control method is used, the average room temperature is 19 ℃ and the average fluctuation amplitude is 36%. The optimized control method can significantly reduce room temperature fluctuations, keeping it within the range of 20-22 ℃, and the average fluctuation amplitude is reduced from 36% to 9%, which improves the system stability, and the modification of the control logic is simple and easy to implement.
